By accessing or using the Leader.ai platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Leader.ai provides AI-assisted lead qualification and engagement tools for businesses (“Clients”). The Service enables Clients to automate initial contact with prospective customers (“End Users”) via SMS, email, and other channels.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
You are solely responsible for the content of all messages sent through the Service, for obtaining all required consents from End Users before initiating contact, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must provide accurate information in the AI Profile and must not instruct the AI to make false or misleading representations.
The Service uses large language models to generate responses. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate. You acknowledge that Leader.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing the AI configuration and monitoring conversation quality.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement. You agree to only submit personal data you are lawfully authorised to process.
Fees are charged per the plan selected at signup. All fees are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Leader.ai retains all intellectual property rights in the Service. You retain ownership of your data and the content you provide. You grant Leader.ai a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leader.ai's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Leader.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with 14 days' written notice. Leader.ai may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach, including violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
