Who we are
Leader Solutions, an Australian business. You can reach a person at admin@leadersolutions.com.au.
What you are buying
Software that answers enquiries to your business, asks the questions you have told it to ask, and books appointments into your calendar. It sends text messages and emails in your business's name, using the information you give it.
What it costs
The first 10 leads are free and need no card. When they are used up the software stops answering until you pick a plan. Those 10 are never charged for and are not carried into your first invoice.
Plans are monthly, in Australian dollars, and start at $497 a month for 100 leads. A lead is any person the software sends a first message to. It does not matter whether they reply or book — the message is the thing that was done.
If you go past your plan's leads in a month, it keeps answering and the extra leads are added to your next invoice at the overage rate shown on your plan. We would rather bill you than leave your customers unanswered.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Stopping
Cancel whenever you like, from the Settings page, and it takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. Everything keeps working until then. We do not refund part-months, and we do not lock you into a term.
What you are responsible for
- That the people it messages actually contacted your business. It is built to reply to enquiries, and using it to message people who did not ask to hear from you breaks Australian spam law and this agreement.
- What it says on your behalf. It only says what you have configured, and you can read every conversation and take over at any point.
- Keeping your account details to yourself.
What we are responsible for
Running the software, keeping your data safe, and being straight with you when something breaks. We do not promise a particular number of jobs, bookings, or dollars — anything on our website that estimates those is an estimate built from numbers you typed in, not a promise.
We rely on other companies to deliver messages and calls, and we cannot guarantee they never have a bad day. If ours does, tell us and we will make it right.
Ending it from our side
We can close an account that is not being paid for, or one being used to message people who never asked to hear from the business. We will tell you why, and you can take your data with you.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will email you before it takes effect.
Where this is governed
By the law of Australia. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
