This policy applies to the Leader.ai platform and is issued in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Orlando Lupoi, trading as Leadersolutions (ABN 77 543 251 392) (“Leader.ai”, “we”, “us”) operates an AI-powered lead qualification platform used by businesses (“Clients”) to engage with their prospective customers (“End Users”).
Leader.ai acts as a data processor on behalf of its Clients. Clients are the data controllers for End User personal information collected through the platform.
We collect two categories of personal information:
Client account data: Name, business name, email address, phone number, and billing information of persons who create a Leader.ai account.
End User data (on behalf of Clients): Name, email address, phone number, and conversation content submitted by End Users via web widgets, SMS, or email integrations connected to a Client's account.
We collect personal information when you create an account, when End Users interact with a Client's lead capture widget or messaging channel, or when you contact us.
End User collection notices are displayed at the point of data submission (e.g., on the web widget) in accordance with APP 5.

The Service is hosted in Australia (ap-southeast-2). Some sub-processors operate outside Australia (e.g., AI model inference). By using the Service, you consent to this cross-border disclosure. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information consistently with the APPs.
We implement technical and organisational measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level database security, access controls, and regular security reviews.
Client account data is retained for the duration of the account and for up to 7 years after closure for legal and tax purposes. End User conversation data is retained for the duration of the Client account or as configured by the Client. Audit logs are retained for 2 years.
Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to access and correct personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email privacy@leader.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
End Users wishing to access or correct their information should contact the relevant Client directly, as the Client is the data controller for that data.
If you believe we have breached your privacy, contact us at privacy@leader.ai. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Each Leader.ai client has a customer-facing privacy notice, accessible at /privacy/[org-id]. Those notices describe how that specific business uses personal information collected through Leader.ai.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify Clients via email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
