You must not use Leader.ai to:
2.1 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Send messages to individuals who have not given prior consent under applicable law
- Operate bulk messaging campaigns unrelated to genuine lead qualification
- Violate the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) or the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth)
2.2 Deceptive Practices
- Impersonate a licensed professional (e.g., lawyer, financial adviser, doctor)
- Make false or misleading claims about products, services, or prices
- Represent that AI-generated messages are from a human where disclosure is legally required
- Use the platform to conduct phishing, fraud, or identity theft
2.3 Harmful Content
- Promote, facilitate, or incite violence, discrimination, or illegal activity
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code via the Service
- Send content that harasses, threatens, or intimidates individuals
2.4 Regulated Industries (Additional Obligations)
- Financial services: Do not use the AI to provide personal financial advice, recommend specific investment products, or act as a substitute for AFSL/ACL licence obligations.
- Healthcare: Do not use the AI to provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme advice.
- Legal services: Do not use the AI to provide legal advice, draft legal documents, or represent that the AI output is legally binding.
2.5 Security and Infrastructure
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or related systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system
- Interfere with the Service's availability (e.g., denial-of-service attacks)
- Extract, scrape, or harvest data from the Service in bulk
